Dead Space 3has a new trailer up, one that tries to sell you on the premise that it’s “better with Kinect.” Watch as executive producer Steve Papoutsis promotes Kinect with all the vigor of an infomercial mouthpiece.
My highlight is the phrase, “You don’t have to fumble around with the controls,” as if we’ve all been struggling before now to grasp the concept of buttons. Reminds me of the Magic Bullet commercials where people are pretending their old blenders are just too heavy and bulky and confusing to use. Stop fumbling with your controller!
