Necks Gen

Fans (fangs?) ofVampire: The Masqueradewill be pleased to hear that The Creatures of the Night are set to continue their nocturnal activities on next-gen platforms. Publisher Nacon has announced a new title,Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong, which is headed to PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X in 2021 (alongside current-gen consoles).

InSwansong, players will step into the role of three Bostonian vampires, whose lives and fates become intertwined with the arrival of a new “Prince of the Boston Camarilla,” Hazel Iverson, aka “The Swan.” While Iverson has designs on staunchly enforcing the long-kept laws of The Masquerade, murder, betrayal, and sect in-fighting soon lead to blood and mayhem on the streets of Boston.

As players guide each ofSwansong‘s three protagonists through this dark adventure, they will need to utilise each character’s specific disciplines in order to access information, coerce allies, intimidate enemies and survive the night. Wielding skills such as stealth, seduction and intimidation, players will be forced to face the consequences of their actions, in a story that will offer a wealth of moral choices, ultimately securing the fate of our anti-heroes, and the Boston Camarilla itself.

Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansongwill launch in 2021 for PS4, PS4, PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X. Long before then, we can expect to see the long-awaited launch ofVampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2on the same platforms, still yet to receive an official release date.
