Good Old Games continues to be a service which delights me in its selection of classic games to release on the distribution system. Today’s announcement of the gorgeous adventure game,Syberia, is just one more notch on the service’s already impressive belt.
Released by The Adventure Company back in 2002,Syberia, is an amazing, sweeping story that carries an American lawyer across Europe on a mission filled with intrigue, mystery and some goddamn amazing clockwork. It’s a terribly good tale and easily one of the best adventure games of its decade. So, if you missed it, now would probably be a good time to go and check it out.
Syberiais available from GOG.com for $9.99. Its sequel, the aptly namedSyberia II, will also be finding its way to the service soon.
