Finally, I can bring GLaDOS on the go!
Portalis one of my favorite game series of all time. It’s challenging, it’s funny, and it’s exactly the kind of bombastic romp I miss in AAA games right now. As announced during today’s Nintendo Direct, I can finally take thePortalseries on the go with me, because both titles are being ported to the Switch in thePortal: Companion Collection. According toValve, this will include both full single-player experiences, as well as the co-op mode fromPortal 2, which will be playable via split-screen, local, or online multiplayer.
I’m shocked that it took this long for Valve to port out these games, considering their continued popularity.Portal 2just celebrated itsten year anniversarylast year, and the firstPortalgame came out all the way back in 2007. Even if the wait was long, I think it’ll be worth it to get to play through the games again on my favorite console. Better late than never!

Portal: Companion Collectionwill be retailing for $19.99, and will we available for the Nintendo Switch sometime in 2022.
