PAL region users are basically beta testers
Followinglaunch day issuesin certain European territories, Sony hasdecided to postponethe roll-out of itsnew-look PlayStation Store, claiming the marketplace must be “exceptional” before gamers get to use it. That must game PSN users in Turkey, where it’s already out, feelrealspecial.
The US, UK, Canada, Mexico and Brazil are all waiting for the update, while the aforementioned Turkey, as well as other Euro regions, have the less-than-exceptional version already. It’s believed Sony will be using these regions to test the service, and make improvements as issues occur.

So the good news is that the PAL region got something first. The bad news is that it’s because the PAL region’s a guinea pig. Oh well, swings n’ roundabouts.
