In related news, Pearl and Marina’s full names, or at least their original Japanese full names, have been revealed, asthey are scrawled on the packagingof the soon to be released Octotune soundtrack album. The Queen of the World’s birth certificate reads “Hime Houzuki” while her record-spinning pal is the sweetly named “Marine Iida.” Nothing like a bit of lore to get the weekend started.
The Pearl & Marina amiibo are released on July 13, while the Japanese-exclusive Octotune soundtrack drops the beat July 18.
