Giving players the ability to create within a videogame’s given boundaries has produced some real gems. Whether it be mods likeCounter-StrikeandDOTAor editor-focused games likeLittle Big Planet, providing a community with creation tools not only gives your game longevity, but also a unique creative space that’s nearly unmatched in any other medium.
