Palworldis less like a pure Pokemon game and more like Minecraft; or any number of other survival titles. As such, it allows players to fast travel to get around quickly. Here’s how to unlock it, and how to use it.

Fast travel points in Palworld look like giant bird statues

In what looks like a mix betweenPokemon‘s Articuno andGenshin Impact‘s Statues Of The Seven, fast travel points are statues inPalworld.

As soon as you step out of the ravine in the game’s opening moments, you’ll have the ability to unlock fast travel. All you need to do is head to the glowing statue, interact with it (X on Xbox, E on PC), and you’ll permanently unlock that fast travel spot for the rest of the game. You’ll even earn technology points for doing so. Easy!

Just open the map to return to any fast travel point

To return to a previous fast travel spot, you’ll use the statues like a transit network by interacting with them.

To locate them, open the map (the back button on Xbox), and spot any fast travel crest you have access to (the exact icon can be found in the gallery above). Your minimap compass at the top center of the screen will also show nearby fast travel spots: if you get lost, start there.

There is no inherent cost for returning to any fast travel point, so whisk yourself away to them as often as possible! I certainly did so in the opening hours of the game, as it made it easy to look for Pal spawns and resources.
