DICE is showing offBattlefield 3at GDC, and I hear it’s gearing up to be pretty [embargoed]. They’re sharing the love for us non-attendees too, thankfully — take a look at this first “Fault Line” video installment.
Seem sort of familiar? Snippets of this footage were used for the recentteaser trailer. The first half is spent essentially asking “Guys, how awesome do I look?” just so that we can geek out over the eye candy, if we so desire. Nothing wrong with that, this early on in the marketing cycle. (More substance next time, please?)
If the multiplayer is even close to comparable in terms of visuals, we’re going to have some riled upBattlefieldfans on our hands. Even more so than usual.
