Tony Hawk’s Pro Skaterhas no shortage of secret characters across its many games. Spider-Man can be unlocked inTHPS2. Daisy, modeled after porn star Jenna Jameson, can be unlocked inTHPS3. Thelist is long and fascinating, but none of the secret characters are more iconic than Officer Dick.
Officer Dick, more Paul Blart than RoboCop, is the policeman who is an unlockable skater in the first fourTony Hawkgames. He’s seemingly back for this fall’s modernization ofTony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2, played by a very famous actor. Call it Tenacious Donut.

After a little digging in the demo’s files, YouTuber CheezhOfficial found Jack Black playing Officer Dick. The arrangement makes sense.Black has been along for the rideas Activision and Tony Hawk revealed this project. Also, Black and the Birdman are friends in real life.
But, more than that other stuff, doesn’t it just feel like Jack Black is kind of the essence ofTHPSin a way, especially with Officer Dick? Like, Officer Dick already felt like he was a Jack Black character. Now, he’s actually played by Jack Black. All is right.
